Our noses may be the most individual features of our facial anatomy. Certainly the maxim that “no two surgeries are alike” applies to rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) surgery in particular. However, there are aesthetic ideals that apply to all faces to a greater or lesser extent and you can see them reflected in the following before and after photos. The majority of rhinoplasty surgeries involve straightening and/or reducing the bridge of the nose, shaping and/or lifting the tip of the nose, and possibly narrowing the bridge of the nose.
