Structural Fat Grafting (Body)
Patient 5 (Brazilian Butt Lift)
One of the more common uses for structural fat grafting is for buttock contouring, or Brazilian Butt Lift. In my opinion structural fat grafting is a better option for buttock augmentation than implants. As you can see from these photos, fat grafting not only provides superior shaping of the buttocks, but also enhances results by contouring the waistline. The combination of fat removal around the waist and addition to the buttocks creates a significant improvement in overall contour.
